Arrive in Chengdu

Airport pickup. Evening: Sichuan hotpot welcome dinner.

Day 2Meals: Breakfast, Lunch

Panda Breeding Base & Jinli Street

Early morning visit to the Giant Panda Breeding Base (best time to see them active and feeding). Afternoon: Wuhou Temple and Jinli Ancient Street. Evening: Sichuan Opera with face-changing show.

Overnight: Chengdu 4-star hotel

Day 3Meals: Breakfast, Lunch

Leshan Giant Buddha

Drive to Leshan (2 hours). View the 71-meter Buddha from a river boat, then climb the cliff stairs to see it from above. Return to Chengdu.

Mount Emei — Base to Halfway

Drive to Mount Emei. Visit Baoguo Temple, then take a bus to Wannian Temple. Hike through monkey-inhabited forests to Qingyin Pavilion.

Mount Emei — Golden Summit

Cable car to the Golden Summit (3,077m) — sea of clouds, golden Buddha statues. Descend in afternoon. Return to Chengdu.

Chengdu Teahouse Culture & Wide/Narrow Alleys
