How a private trip is controlled
Before you pay
You receive a dated, itemized proposal identifying the route, hotel standard, transport class, guide days, included admissions, exclusions, cancellation terms and payment schedule.
Before arrival
We reconfirm booked services, arrival details and the first transfer. The final travel pack includes local contacts and the Chinese names of essential addresses.
During the trip
Named local guides and drivers deliver the confirmed services. An English-speaking support contact is available for urgent itinerary and supplier issues.
When plans change
We explain the operational effect and any supplier cost before a paid change is accepted, except where immediate action is reasonably required for traveler safety.
